What We Believe

  • We believe there is only one living and true God revealed in three persons-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-the exact same in substance, equal in power and glory.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man.
  • We believe the death of Jesus Christ was sacrificial and substitutionary.
  • We believe in the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ from among the dead and in His bodily ascension into heaven.
  • We believe in the personal and imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to receive His Church and in His personal and premillenial return to set up His kingdom on the earth.
  • We believe that all mankind by nature are sinners and separated from God and the Lord Jesus Christ, and that salvation is by grace alone through faith in Christ.
  • We believe in the personal abiding of the Holy Spirit in every believer forever.
  • We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the Word of God, the one rule of doctrine and duty, and the only inspired and infallible guide for the way we are to live our lives.
  • We believe in one Church of God, embracing all who are united to Christ by divine grace and saving faith.
  • We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting bliss of the saved, and the everlasting suffering of the lost.
  • We believe there are two ordinances, baptism and the Lord's Supper, which are encouraged for all Christians.
